Google is the dominant player in the search market, with a 65 percent market share in June, according to comScore. Yahoo was second with 19.6 percent, while Microsoft was third with 8.4 percent.
On Wednesday (29, July 2009) Microsoft and Yahoo announced a 10-year search deal to take over Google. This deal will allow Microsoft to access Yahoo's search technology and in return Yahoo will receives a 88% of the search-generated ad revenues from its own sites for the first 5 years of the 10-year deal.
According to search deal Yahoo will use The Bing (New Search Engine by Microsoft) for Search related Services to grab the internet marketing and Yahoo will handle advertise sales by using Microsoft Technology.
Are they capable to take over Google?
